Valentine's day sucks!
As far as the title for vampire movie marathon says in the scifi channel.

Crashtest
While driving to San Francisco to watch a football game (49ers vs Raiders), we
got rear-ended by a latino guy. On freeway 101. 50mph! Luckily American Steel
held and there was no injuries, but the rear of my 'stang got totally busted.
Well.. Few weeks of repairs as it should be as good as new. Or something. I have
a hunch that that car is cursed. On read end. Darn!
Getting 5 years younger using baseball cap
As title states, I made some experimenting with a baseball cap. I wore it in "redneck" style with sunglasses in starbucks - chicks even came to talk to me, safeway - clerk asked my ID when buying beer, traffic lights - chicks again.. Unbelievable. I mean the ID thing of course.. ;-)

While watching the super bowl, I noticed this bizarre combination in the
backyard of my colleague. Birch (koivu) and palm tree (palmu) in same
picture.

Mika Kaurismaki in blockbuster
Found the title "Mies ilman menneisyytta" in blockbuster as an english version.
Will be in the list of movies to be seen as PG13 version later. PG13 is just
speculation, but very possible due to puzzling silence and disturbingly
little conversation in the movie..

Beer disaster
Everything started like normal Friday evening: get some videos, go to Safeway,
notice that Corona & frozen pizzas are on sale. But. When walking towards my
ride on the parking lot, the beer case gave up and smashed on the pavement spraying beer all over!
Luckily there was no children around, since I got some odious looks due
to my yelling something like vitun, vitun oh fuck, fuck, shit... Well. Back to
the Safeway, get another case of beer, get out and... The guy next to the door
collecting donations for something, saw what happened (I quickly explined
the situation to him when dumping dead case next to trash can), came and
said 8 out of 12 bottles had survived on the crash. I was something like cool,
would you like some of these, and I noted the sign: please donate for homeless,
alcoholics etc. I gave the guy $5 without thinking, actually should have
given $20. He really had made change in his life. Earlier I just passed
the booth since I thought not to give money for alcs..
Well yes, I don't think I have a problem, I can stop any day. Sure.. Honestly.. ;-)
